Antique Folk Painted Marriage Bench

A long folk painted marriage bench with actual dates “1915” and pictures of classical urns and flowers, in pink and other colours on a blue ground, typical of the Sarkoz or Mud Country folk painting in the south and West of Hungary (Danube delta). This was a corner bench and has been customised into a long hall piece. Or it could sit alongside a long table. Museum worthy. You just don’t see these pieces anymore.
