Rare Marriage Bench With Folk Painting

A 19th century box settle in hardwood and pine, with unique individualised folk painted decoration and inscription, with religious and folk symbols, the words in Hungarian wishing happiness to Andra and Elena in their marriage.
Very good quality piece, very sound and with clean interior.

"for Sebastien Andras & Elena wishing you a long and happy life!" This is a translation of inscription.
