A superb carved and painted pine marriage cupboard, a tour de force of decorative painting, with notable carved details to side and front and especially the bold scrolling Baroque top moulding, it was a special marriage commission and has the names of the betrothed to the tops of the doors and the date “1847” below. From private home. Very sound and clean condition.
